Dale Darling, K.C., is a labour arbitrator and mediator and the Chief Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, as well as a labour arbitrator and mediator.Ìý Dale worked for many years at the Nova Scotia Department of Justice, and as employer counsel in the health care sector, where she developed a practice in labour, employment and human rights. She has represented clients at all levels of court in the province, as well as before administrative tribunals such as labour arbitrations, Labour Relations, Labour Standards, Workers’ Compensation, the Utility and Review Board, and Human Rights Boards of Inquiry. She is a long-term part-time faculty member at the Schulich School of Law, º£½ÇÉçÇøapp University, with a particular interest in ongoing client education on labour and employment issues.
