As the semester winds down and final papers are coming in, please keep in mind that FASS offers three student prizes of $4,000 each for winning essays:

1)听听听听听 鈥� papers which explore the concept of good human conduct

2)听听听听听 鈥� papers which demonstrate how tolerance and goodwill among people and nations are inextricably linked

3)听听听听听 鈥� papers which demonstrate a relationship between a place in the Overseas Dominions with the British Commonwealth (eg: Canada and the World)

海角社区app students may submit original papers or papers written for credit, with their professor鈥檚 approval, to any of the three competitions.听 More information, including eligibility requirements and previous winners, may be found

If any of the papers you read over the next while fit the bill, I hope you will encourage your students to enter.听 On the same note, I hope you will help us to promote in the coming academic session.听
