EL, in partnership with the College of Continuing Education, will be offering an Effective Facilitation Course on Monday and Tuesday June 12-13, 2017.

Working with groups can be both听exhilarating听and extremely听challenging. Frequently, despite the best-laid plans of facilitators, the unexpected happens.听Sessions can rise and fall based on the facilitator鈥檚 understanding of, and ability to work with, the听group鈥檚 dynamics. There are no secret pills that make dealing with these dynamics easy. However,听Effective Facilitation听will present a basic introduction听to theories, strategies, skills and tools that can be helpful in dealing effectively with them.

The application deadline is Monday June 1, 2017.
