As many of you will have noticed, the Employee Profile Dashboard is a new HR service provided to employees across the university effective December 1, 2016.Ìý This new service has replaced Web for Employees when accessing paystubs, and pay and benefits information, and employees now are able to access items more detailed job history and tax information.Ìý In addition, the Employee Profile Dashboard is now required for employees and managers to access automated tools including Absence & Overtime Reporting (AOR), HR Termination Workflow, and Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs).

A training video is available on Sharepoint to learn about features in the new dashboard that can assist both employees and managers in using the Dashboard to its full capacity.Ìý The video can be found on SharePoint at (you will need to log in to MyDal to access the video).Ìý As well, HR-DASM is available to answer any questions regarding the new system and can be contacted at hrdasm@dal.ca or 1-902-494-1132.
