My name is Aibek Permetov and I am a third-year International Food Business student. Currently, I work with Jan-Felix Beecks聽 from Germany at the Chef's Garden.

As a part of our internship at the Chef's Garden we are trying to help the Garden to become more self-sufficient (financially speaking).聽 In order to do so we have written a survey for staff and students of DAL AC in order to determine the demand for products out of the garden. The survey covers consumers' preferences in vegetables and helps us to get a better idea about the market.
