"WATER IS KEY" Special Event Invitation
You are invited to explore The dynamic nature of and our relationship to water with noted guest speakers: Dr. Robert France and Dr. Kathleen Kevany on Monday, March 23, 4pm-5 pm at the McCarthy Gallery, NSCC Campus, 36 Arthur St, Truro, NS
Water is Key, an art show about water and people's relation to it, featuring the photographs of Gil Garcetti, UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and artwork by 18 prominent Nova Scotia artists is an exhibition of beauty and hope, of learning and a call to action.
In recognition of World Water Day and as part of the Water is Key art show, the public is invited to join in conversation with noted guest speakers Dr. Robert France and Dr. Kathleen Kevany.
Dr. Robert France, is an Associate Professor of Watershed Management in the Department of Environmental Sciences at DAL-AC and a science advisor to the Center of Technology and the Environment at Harvard University.
Dr. Kathleen Kevany, is an Assistant Professor in Business and Social Sciences and an expert in community development, social change and community learning. Her passion and research has been the driving force behind this exhibition.
