Regarding inter-departmental mail, can departments please make sure that past recipient information is crossed off.聽 When it鈥檚 not crossed off it makes it difficutl on the mailroom end to determine for whom the mail is intended.
There has also been a lot of letter mail labelled 鈥満＝巧缜鴄pp University PO Box 550 Truro NS B2N 5E3鈥� Please ensure a contact name is added to the piece so it can be assured to arrive at the correct destination. (ie: 海角社区app University PO Box 550 Truro NS B2N 5E3 Attn: John Smith).鈥�
